Do warranties transfer if I sell my home?
Manufacturer and workmanship coverage generally transfer with the system. We provide the documentation you need to hand off to a buyer.
Do I need to register anything?
We register your manufacturer warranties for you at commissioning and give you copies for your records.
What if the manufacturer changes their warranty?
Your coverage follows the terms in effect when your system was installed, which we document in your proposal.
Do I need to pay for service calls?
Eligible warranty repairs are covered per your written terms. We tell you up front if something falls outside coverage.
